Frank Favaro is an entrepreneur and President of ServeCentric in Munroe Falls, OH. In early 2021, Favaro transitioned from being one of the nation’s top Account Executives in the mechanical service industry to founding his own consulting business. Since then, he has become the leading customer experience consultant in the mechanical service industry, serving the Mechanical Contractors Association of America and acting as the Customer Experience (CX) Educator for the National Education Initiative.
