Lisa Harris, MS, RD, is a dietitian on a mission to simplify nutrition, an international bestselling author and speaker. A member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, she holds a BS in Dietetics from UC Davis, and an MS in Foods and Nutrition from California Polytechnic University, Pomona. She’s also a nationally certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with the American Council on Exercise.
Lisa is a proud mother and grandmother. She lives in Temecula, CA, with her husband and their two black cats. She is the owner of Enduring Fitness 4U, where she helps people live independent, vibrant lives as long as possible. Her first book, Building Your Enduring Fitness: Age-Defying Strategies that Boost Your Vitality, was published in 2018.
